We like to be adventurous when we eat sometimes. As many of you know, I am an avid reader of Parents magazine. This last month, they had a recipe for Shamrock soup made primarily of spinach and peas in honor of St. Patricks day. I thought it would be fun to try and it would be a nice healthy meal. It was a beautiful green color, but when Craig sat down to try it and was a little hesitant to eat it, I was a little worried. He will try anything and usually likes it. We did end up eating it, although I couldn't finish my bowl. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't particularly appetizing either. We ended up dipping our Swaari bread (a Nepali flat bread) into it and it tasted a little better after that.
The video you see here is of Abby trying the soup. At the end she kind of looks like a zombie with that face. You'll see what I'm talking about...
Oh, and as a side note...Abby's favorite color is green. :)
